FitsAI uses an AI language model (via OpenRouter) to suggest outfit combinations based on items already in your wardrobe. You choose the occasion, vibe, and weather, and the AI composes a look using your actual clothing.
Where are my photos stored?
Your wardrobe photos are stored locally on your device and, if you are signed in, backed up to Firebase Cloud Storage under your anonymous user ID. Photos are never shared with or accessible by other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What does FitsAI Pro include?
FitsAI Pro unlocks unlimited wardrobe items, unlimited AI outfit generation, and access to the Finds feature for shopping recommendations. Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → FitsAI → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Inside FitsAI, go to your Profile tab and tap "Restore Purchases." If you were previously subscribed with the same Apple ID, your Pro access will be reinstated at no charge.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. To delete all your data, email us at jpsdigitalventures@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will remove your account and associated data within 30 days. You can also delete individual wardrobe items directly within the app.
The background removal isn't working — what should I do?
Background removal runs on a cloud service that may occasionally experience a cold start (up to 30 seconds on first use). If it fails, try again in a moment. Make sure you have an active internet connection. If the issue persists, please contact us.
FitsAI isn't recognising my clothing correctly. Can I fix the tags?
AI tagging can occasionally make mistakes. You can edit any item's name, category, and colour directly by tapping on it in your wardrobe. We're continuously improving the tagging model.
Which iPhone models are supported?
FitsAI requires iOS 17 or later and runs on any iPhone supported by iOS 17. The app is optimised for the current iPhone screen sizes.
