These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and JPS Digital Ventures ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the FitsAI mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FitsAI. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
FitsAI is a subscription-based app. Access to all features requires an active paid subscription.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Your payment method will be charged at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, it begins immediately upon subscription confirmation. No charge is made until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Free trials are available to new subscribers only — users who have previously had a trial or active subscription on the same Apple ID are not eligible for another free trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions, or through the "Manage Subscription" option in the FitsAI app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to FitsAI until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
All purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly — all refund decisions are made by Apple.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you in advance of any price change. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use FitsAI for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to FitsAI ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (background removal, AI tagging, outfit generation). We do not use Your Content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the App.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
FitsAI uses AI models to generate outfit suggestions, item tags, and style recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI output. AI suggestions do not constitute professional fashion, styling, or purchasing advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your account credentials. Notify us immediately at jpsdigitalventures@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
We aim to keep FitsAI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time with or without notice for maintenance, legal, or business reasons. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of any material changes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or to us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JPS DIGITAL VENTURES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JPS Digital Ventures is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
